DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Dsclothing provides shipping services all across India. To make it easy for you, we have mentioned a few of the policies which will help you have it clear:

• We proceed with all shipping from our India (surat) Office.
• Free standard shipping all across the country.
• We usually ship within 7-10 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
• The estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped to. It gets covered within 7-12 days maximum.
• There are no extra shipping charges for prepaid orders, but extra charges on COD orders.
• All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.
• If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
• Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date. however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we'll send an e-mail, intimating to you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.

SELF-COLLECTION @ Dsclothing

• Please email us at dsclothingglobal@gmail.com with your order number to inform us if you wish to opt for self-collection upon order confirmation.
• Do collect your order within 2 working days upon confirmation email.
• If the order is not collected within 2 working days, we will mail the order to the shipping address stated.
• Self-collection is only available 1 day after an order is made.

HOW TO CANCEL

You can send a cancel request on dsclothingglobal@gmail.com, the order can only be canceled if it is not shipped.

HOW TO RETURN

You can exchange the order within 2 days of delivery of the product, to exchange Please mail us at dsclothingglobal@gmail.com

Our Exchange policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, and we welcome exchanges on the following terms -

• If a wrong product has been received
• If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product
• If the product is received in a damaged condition
• If the product doesn't fit into your desired expectation we will exchange/or provide you the credit note for future purchases.
• The refund will be provided to you from the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of freight & packing based on invoice value i.e.10% of the total order value will be deducted.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (Please provide your account details for the same). Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your bank-statements.
